Start on the right foot and get tight on the database.

Activities…

Key Activities through the year not just when rates are low.

  • Annual Review 1 time per year with form.

  • 10 Past Client talk too’s per month

  • Birthday text or call with automated email.

  • Quarterly emailed newsletter

  • Mail one personal letter per year.

  • Postcard with pic 3 times a year to all groups (except leads) click here for sample mailers

  • Email on market every other month (include rates or averages and debt consolidation)

  • One social event per year. (movie, open bar, pumpkin giveaway)

  • Thank you for referral- reward and acknowledge

  • Send CD for tax filing to all clients who closed last year (send each January)

 

Few keys to the database structure…

  • Groups

    • Past Clients

    • Realtors

    • Referral Partners (all others)

    • Leads not converted for follow up

  • Notes

    • Everytime the client is spoke to of any detail, notes should be added to the client note section in database. The better the notes, the better the value in the database.

  • Loan Details

    • 30 year, 15 year? We need to have the term as well as the interest rate as a very basic. This should be in a field you can do a look up to sort by rate.

  • Referral Source

  • Annual Review Date (schedule if allowed for reminder)
