Law Office Popbye “Good afternoon, I am ________with Element Home Loans, I am handling the deal on __________. I was in the area and wanted to introduce myself to the firm! I am always looking for new partners… (hope you get a tour or more intros) Before I go, you guys seem like a great shop! Who are your top realtors you like to work with?”

Insurance Agent Call “Good morning, this is ______with Element Home Loans. We are working on the ___________deal together and wanted to introduce myself. I love working with the __________(buyer) and wanted to connect to see if there is opportunity to do more business together?” (meeting to cross- sell for agents and LO recruiting, start with Zoom)

HR Thank You Email “Good afternoon! Thank you so much for completing the verification of employment for __________we are on track for closing (or if you just closed change) thanks you and your promptness! We voted you best Mortgage HR of the Month and I have $1500 in discounts for any other employee’s you can pass on who need a mortgage as an employer benefit. We just need an applicaiton and paystub presented and we will apply! You rocked and hope to do more soon! Thanks again- let me know any questions! Lead to Application review “2023 Buyer Advantage"

Partner with two - three CPA or Tax filing firms (go see them) and ask if they will take on introduction leads from your closed loans who may need their services, in exchange for passing out your promo flyer and just letting anyone the work with about your mortgage services. Start reviewing closed clients A-Z and make sure your database is tight, 5 a day or 25 on Theme Day. Talk about your next upcoming event to on calls. Review all leads that did NOT take application…call, refresh, update on products newly released (buydown, ARMs etc) that soften the interest rate moves, lastly; end each call with “before I let you go, would you be comfortable introducing me to the people you care about if they need anything on a purchase or refinance?
