Survey Follow Up Leverage

Getting a 5 star is the goal! How many do you have in the last 90 days you can be more effective on? Do you have a regular system to gain more volume? Are you having to go back or striking when the iron is hot?

When a client completes a survey, they have extended a form of gratitude.

Key follow up to survey results:

  • Did you send an initial video explaining how you work?

  • Reply to the survey online in the portal if possible.

  • Post the survey on social media

    • Tag the buyer’s agent

    • Tag the client

    • Tag the listing agent

    • Tag the law office

    • Ask all parties to share again

      • Offer lunch on a great deal for the law office (Pizza $20)

  • Create a quick ‘thank you’ video for all parties in the trasaction in addition and text it.

  • Call the Listing Agent on purchase to follow up for any feedback and ask for business!

    • Add the Listing agent to Partner Board follow up.

  • Forward the survey with email to employer human resource, thanking them for the help.

    • offer discounts for other employees

    • Offer a lunch and learn option

    • Offer to post about the business

    • Offer to highlight the business on social media ‘Business Spotlight’ interview

  • If the loan was a refinance…

    • Forward the survey to the partner (Business partner, Financial Planner, CPA, Friend)

    • Follow up call and ask for business!

  • Leverage the survey in email blasts to all contacts.

  • Prepare marketing that captures big results.


The biggest part of the activities above is the call to close the contact and ask for business!
